i got the r0m and inside the zip has .r0m files instead of .bin. i would like to know how to convert all these files or know of any fix or emulator that can play it .

Clrmame Pro will fix it.

Mame32 More! .84 lists the game as "working."

can you please specify how to convert this .r0m into .bins? i have the same problem as him and i'm using clrmame pro, it skips the sets when i try to rebuild though.

It depends on what version of mame you are detecting with clrmamepro.

If you use the latest version of clrmamepro and use it to detect the exe of a version of mame32 that uses those sets (such as mame32m ie: mame32more! .84u3) then it should not skip those sets, unless they are completely "wrong." If they are just misnamed then it will rename them to the proper names just like everything else. The roms must be in the same detected folder as the rest of the files you are scanning.

It works for me anyway...

Perhaps try downloading a different source.
