I need a firewall pro and Kaillera insider to answer this question.
I'm trying to setup a Kaillera server from inside a LAN to the internet.
Configuration:
DSL connection <-> router/firewall <-> LAN PC with Kaillera.
The LAN address range is 192.168.1.x. On the LAN PC in question, I have several other web services (HTTP, FTP e.g.) running without problems.
My router/firewall is doing NAPT between internet (DSL) and LAN, and it also supports port forwarding. The firewall on the router is currently *disabled*.
Simply forwarding tcp and udp traffic on port 27888 from the router to the LAN PC does *not* work unfortunately...
What needs to be done to make Kaillera work this way?
By the way, the router runs QNX Neutrino 6.1a, so there's no way to install a Kaillera server directly on the router. Unless the sourcecode was compiled as a QNX executable.
Thanks for your time,
hoping for some positive and constructive feedback.
